All children require completion of an enrollment application and receipt of $125 non-

refundable registration fee per application for 2 & 3 day classes and a $150.00 non-

refundable registration fee for 5 day classes. A copy of the child’s birth certificate and a

current immunization form 3231 is required to be on file by the first day of school to be

allowed to attend. Children must reach the appropriate birthday on or before August 31,

2008 to enroll.
